Favorite Football Player
Dan Fouts. If Dan had a defense he would have a Super Bowl ring on his finger. What he did on the filed with the Air Coryell offense was just plain jaw dropping.
Favorite Basketball Player
Magic Johnson, of course. In my mind the best basketball player to have ever played the game. A 6'9" point guard that could dish the ball like Chris Paul does today. He made all the clutch shots, was a great leader and added something new to his game every year. If I was to draft a fantasy basketball team, he would be my first choice. You can have Micheal Jordan, I will always take the Magic man.
Favorite Baseball Player
Steve Garvey, but to he honest the whole Dodgers infield of Garvey, Ron Cey, Davey Lopes and Bill Russell. The "Fabulous Four" made baseball such fun growing up in SoCal.
Favorite Hockey Player
I loved the Triple Crown Line. Marcel Dionne, Charlie Simmer and Dave Taylor. Hockey used to be my first love. Gary Bettman destroyed the sport and is killing it a little more every year.
Favorite Soccer Player
Diego Maradona. I have been to Argentina and have seen the Boca Juniors play live. He was the owner of the team at that time, but I always enjoyed watching him play in the World Cup.
Best Sports Moment
Attending the Miracle on Manchester at the Los Angeles Forum. Kings came back and beat the hated Oilers!
The other would be the Chargers victory over the Steelers in the AFC Championship game. Chargers were going to the Super Bowl. (see below)

Every year with the Chargers. Can they just get it right one year?
